At NH4, the health and safety of our customers is our highest priority. Because our products are ingestible health supplements, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been placed. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

Why we cannot accept returns

NH4 Daily Essentials is a consumable supplement intended for personal use. For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we cannot resell, restock, or otherwise reuse any product once it has left our facility — even if the packaging is unopened. We have no way to verify how a returned product has been stored or handled, and reselling it would put the safety of other customers at risk.

For this reason, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, accidental orders, or reasons related to personal preference, taste, or results.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

While we cannot accept change-of-mind returns, we stand behind the quality of what we ship. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will make it right with a replacement or another resolution.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the problem
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging as received

Do not discard the affected product until your claim has been reviewed, as we may need additional photos or information.

Order cancellations

Orders are processed quickly to get them to you as fast as possible. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible after ordering. We will do our best to cancel before the order is dispatched, but once an order has been packed or shipped it can no longer be cancelled and this policy applies.

Subscriptions

If you are on a subscription plan, you can skip, pause, or cancel future shipments at any time through your account or by contacting us before your next billing date. Cancelling a subscription stops future orders but does not refund shipments that have already been processed.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Where local law grants you specific rights regarding faulty or misdescribed goods, those rights still apply.
