Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing NH4. This policy explains how and when your order is processed, shipped, and delivered. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out below.
Where we ship from
NH4 Daily Essentials is manufactured and dispatched from the Netherlands through our fulfilment partner. All orders, including those delivered to the Middle East, are shipped internationally from our EU warehouse.

We currently ship to the following destinations:
- United Arab Emirates
- Saudi Arabia
- Qatar
- Oman
- Lebanon
We are continually expanding our delivery network. If your country isn't listed at checkout, contact us and we'll let you know whether we can ship to you.
Order processing
Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays. Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, it is sent to our warehouse for picking and dispatch.
Orders generally enter dispatch within 1–2 business days. International shipments are collected by our carriers on business days only, so orders placed over a weekend or holiday are processed on the next business day.
Delivery times
Delivery timeframes depend on the destination and the carrier used. Estimated delivery times, in business days after dispatch, are:

These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery may take longer due to customs clearance, carrier delays, remote delivery areas, peak periods, or events outside our control.
Shipping costs

Customs, duties, and import taxes
Because orders ship internationally from the Netherlands, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout.
Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We are unable to predict or control these amounts. If a parcel is refused or returned because import charges were not paid, our standard Returns & Refund Policy applies.
Tracking your order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available. Please allow some time after dispatch for tracking details to update as the carrier scans your parcel.
Incorrect or incomplete address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible — we will try to correct it before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments
If your order is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or appears lost in transit, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier and make it right. For damaged or incorrect items, please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy and contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
Public holidays
Our warehouse and carriers do not operate on certain public holidays, which may affect processing and delivery times. We aim to communicate any significant holiday closures that could delay your order.
